Default Newbie questions about intestines.

Hey everyone,
It's good to be back again. I went back on LC about 2 weeks ago and am
about 10lbs lighter and feel great. I'm working on not letting life
changes take me out of maintenance this next time.

Question: When LCing if sometimes get this twitching in my lower
abdomen. It feels like when you have a muscle twitch but deeper in the
stomach. Is anyone else experiencing this and if so does anyone have an
explanation? My only thought is that with less things to push around
in there it has to kick a little harder to get the payload out.

Good to be back,
Rick

Forget the tapeworm, wanna lose a lot of weight fast, unhealthy but QUICK?

Head to any South American country and don't bring any bottled water, drink
lots of the local stuff, you'll be down to Flockheartian proportions before
you know it.

I don't care so much about losing it fast as I do about losing it at a
healthy speed and making sure that I stay that way. I would like to get
some serious answers to this though from folks on here. Besides I
wouldn't look good with a Flockheartian Hinne:-)
