Hello Everyone !
I just joined this group and my goal is to lose some serious weight. I
think that being in a social group for this really helps. So I hope I will reach my goal and all the other people in this group too. |

In my case, for instance, saturated fats don't seem to impact my weight loss that much, but refined carbs definitely dampen it. Listen to your body; the scale will tell you what you're doing right or wrong. Orlando My goal is to lose 20 pounds, but I don't know if I will reach it. |
