Spreadsheet For Tracking Weight Loss
Well written Excel spreadsheet for tracking weight loss. Use pounds, stones,
or kilograms. Produces charts and graphs of loss and will project future weight and goal date. Has a field for daily notes which I use to see what effects my progress. You have to have Microsoft Excel or a compatible spreadsheet program for this to be used. OpenOffice is a free program that works well from www.openoffice.org I am building a web page for a new company so I have a link to it where you can download it. http://www.tbni.org/diet.htm If anyone has any other spreadsheets, I can post them as well on this web page. |
