Default Reality Check- OMG

Hi guys,

Hadnt been near a scale for a couple of years. Lots of tough family stuff
including finding out my mother was really my grandmother, my sister was my
mom, my father wasnt related to me at all and my bio father had died. Ok, scale
gets tossed...I think I had started to gain before that but didnt want to admit
it.
Anyway, I started Atkins again 46 days ago and decided to do a weight check at
the gym. 210 pounds. I thought I would fall down in shock!
I have done Atkins 3 times successfully but never managed to keep the weight
off.
Now Im back to 210, 20 pounds less than my highest ever weight in 1996 and Im
sure I would have reached that again if I hadnt gotten on the scale.

I decided I need to tighten up some things on my new plan, so here it is;
no drinking more than one glass of wine day
none of those Atkins treats
more fresh foods and vegies
continued 5 days a week at the gym.

I know its good to be honest with how much I really weigh (thats why I have
told 2 friends and decided to post too) but it was a reality knock on the head.

I wonder if anyone else has experienced something similar?
