Default What's your best choices for cutting out calories?

My top choice is donuts, for the best food item to dump. High in
calories, with LOADS of hidden fat from being deep fat fried as
they're being made, and almost nothing for nutritional needs, as well.

Bread dough has so little nutrition, they are forced by law in the USA
to "enrich" the flour with some B vitamin in the form of Niacin, at
least. Then it has slightly more nutrition than a piece of
cardboard.

I'll let you google "calories in a donut", and read the numbers for
yourself. It's entirely amazing that something so light and harmless
looking, could pack such a caloric knockout punch.
