Weeelllll I started my new job today. I didn't plan well, so I ended
up eating fast food today. I guess For one meal its OK. I did find
out we have a micro and a fridge so I can continue to brown-bag my
lunch like I have been doing. Its the only I can actually lose weight,
otherwise I start out good making decent choices in fast food places,
but then I get forgetful and think, well you know the rest.

The other good news, my DH boss had to get rid of their treadmill, so
now there are no more excuses. Already it has been a major help,
especially when I get in late.

Walk like an Egyptian....
