My sister was a computer programmer, and she would design programs for
banks, etc, for the customers to use. Part of her job was to "idiot proof"
the programs. She and her team would think of the absolutely most foolish
mistakes people could make and guard against them. She says that, no matter
how hard they tried, someone always came up with one more idiotic thing to
do to mess things up. So I will have to agree with your above statement.

Both my brothers work with computers, one's a programmer, and the other a
computer repairman (does a lot of programing too)..

In the same line of idea, I work for Weight Watchers.. I'm even impressed at
the ways people find to go "around the program"....

Honestly, there isn't anything that will ever be idiot proof..
