Default New WW program

I've set my tracker down to 21 for now. Let's see how I do with 21. I would
be going down to 20 soon anyway so maybe one point at a time is good idea.
I'm guessing too. I'll ask my leader on Saturday what she thinks. Maybe when
I see the materials it will be more obvious what to do.

That's what I figured. I basically alternate from very busy days running
errands to light days sitting at the computer. Which level should I pick?

I
ran both sitting and standing which resulted in 19 or 21 points. How are

we
supposed to handle our varying lifestyles with this new formula?

Keep in mind that by "activity level" they mean day to day stuff, not

your
work outs, walks ect. It's about what do you do during the day?

What activity level did you select? That seems to play a major
determination in the points.

I am currently at 155 so I am approaching the lower limit of the 22
points per day range. That may have been part of it too. I don't know

if
they have changed the ranges since I also have not made it to a
meeting
yet.

I did mine on the WW site and am still at 22. Lee

Thanks for your insight into the changes. I don't get to hear the

live
version until Saturday morning. I know what the changes are but I am
interested in how she presents them. There's lots of negative

reaction
to
the core changes over on the WW message board.

As I indicated before, I recalculated my Flex target points and I
should
be
eating 19-21 points instead of the 22 points based on the old flex
point
ranges. I know that I need to increase my activity level if I am
ever
going
to get the scale moving again. That and get my dang eating under
control.

With the new lower target points did you get any members suddenly
realise
that Core might be an easier program for them? I can't see being
able
to
survive on less than 20 points per day. 22 seems to be more my norm.

They did make a lot out of simple changes, but I think they ARE
changes
for the best.. personal daily point target makes so much more

sense,
as
do
the new snack list for Core..

As for the material, it's more people friendly, more meaningful
visuals,
better organized. The new starter kit is so much better than the

old
one... you actually can find stuff in it!!!!

As a leader, I'm happy to find material that the members will
understand.
We can spend less time of program details and more on really
what's
going
on since members can read and understand the program better by
themselves.

And... the new complete food companion is organized by categories,
not
just alphabetical order !! FINALLY !

It is simple changes but I think it's significant ones..

My point total has decreased by one point to 21. That will be tough as
I generally average 23. This past week though I lost 2.6 and didn't
track. I just knew I was eating the right amount of food and not
snacking on bad stuff. I may save the new tracker for after Christmas
and try to maintain these next two weeks.

I like the new materials. They are easier to read. I am going to SF
tomorrow and will read them on the trip.

It explains all of the odd questions like counting decaf/sf soda as up
to half the water count.

Its usable finally.

So far the only thing I not real keen on is the periwinkle starter kit.
