Default Tale of the Scale Wk 9

Down 4.0 lbs.

Dunno, I wouldn't have thought the treadmill would have made that much
of a difference that fast.

Did I walk? Yes!
Did I eat all of my daily points? Yes!
Did I use all of my flex points? Yes plus a few
Did I exercise? Yes 16 A.P.
Did I drink all of my water? Nope!
Finally, a handle on my oils.

*** Goal for upcoming week. Keep doing the things I have been doing
and add water.***

Start 299.8 lbs.
Current 277.8 lbs.
Total Loss: 22.0 lbs.
10% Goal 270.8 lbs.
