Default I will not, give up.

Seems like forever since I last posted, miss you guys.

Congratulations to all the losers, gainers and especially the
stay-the-samers, I think that may be the hardest to keep motivated),
well at least for me that is.

My new job doesn't allow me to post using company resources, a trend I
hear may be creeping its way into corporate America. As a result
(excuse??) there are times when I eat rather than post.

Update: I gained last week 0.4 lbs, that's OK. But since then I have
been on mission sabotage. Seems like whenever I start doing something
good for me something inside me does its darnedest to tear it down.

I will not, give up. I will not, give up. I will not, give up. I will
not, give up. I will not, give up. I will not, give up. I will not,
give up. I will not, give up. I will not, give up. I will not, give up.
I will not, give up. I will not, give up. I will not, give up. I will
not, give up. I will not, give up. I will not, give up. I will not,
give up. I will not, give up. I will not, give up. I will not, give up.
I will not, give up. I will not, give up. I will not, give up. I will
not, give up. I will not, give up. I will not, give up. I will not,
give up. I will not, give up. I will not, give up.

It's not like childhood when I wrote something a thousand times, you
know, to think about it. Today it's way to easy to copy and paste.
Still, I will not, give up.

You can't take company time to post, that's something (my DH just got the
same "memo" last week, it IS a trend), that doesn't mean you can't keep on
track..

Do you trak your foods? make some space in your tracker for comments, and
notes. Then that can because your venting mode until you can come to us and
let us know how you're doing..

;o) DO NOT GIVE UP !

I journal, too, to help me out...I'm on a non-losing streak right now,
but that is okay cause I had planned on just "not gaining" between
Thanksgiving and New Years. My journal is helping me not beat myself up
over the fact that some weeks I do gain (overall, I want to be the same
weight on the Saturday after New Years as I was the Saturday before
Thanksgiving). The silver lining (hey, I have to find it somewhere) is
that I'm not working my way out of my clothes as quickly, so I won't
have to go spend all my Christmas $$ on clothing (like I thought I
would). I can wait! :-)
