Default Tale of the Scale - Weeks 10 - 12

I'm a yo yo, yes I am.

Week 10 + .04 lbs
Week 11 + 1.0 lbs
Week 12 - 1.6 lbs
--------------------------
Net Loss - .02 lbs

Zero effort = zero results!!

Did I walk? No!
Did I eat all of my daily points? Yes!
Did I use all of my flex points? Yes plus a few
Did I exercise? No
Did I drink all of my water? Nope!
Oils? You gotta be kidding!
Vitamins? Nope!
Limit Alcohol and sugar? No problem, I don't drink and yes I did put a
cap on how much sugar I consumed.

* * * Goal for upcoming week. F O C U S * * *

I like the new food companion, finally, it makes sense.

Start 299.8 lbs.
Current 277.6 lbs.
Total Loss: 22.0 lbs.
10% Goal 270.8 lbs.

Great attitude. I would not say zero results. Not gaining during the
holidays is a great accomplishment.
