Parmesan Crisp.... With a topping?
I really like the idea of the parmesan crisp for a low carb snack.
They bake up great on silpat in the oven, but here is the problem... The parmesan has a real salty bite to it. What would be a good low carb option to top it with that could help mask some of the saltiness and make for a good snack? I'd love to hear any ideas that I could experiment with. Thanks, Blain |
