Default LC & Colonoscopy results

When I had my first colonoscopy 5 years ago, suspicious pre cancerous
pollups were found and removed so a follow up was in order. The Doc told me
to consider a low fat diet, and that pollup production may be increased by
eating a diet too high in fat. I was just starting Atkins with good results
to I said pfffffft to that. I have a friend that is obese and has pollups
regrow and removed every year! He's a guy that gets double potato instead of
veggie on his plate!
I have eaten tons of red meat and fat and veggies exclusively for the
last 6 years. I just had my followup last week, and to my surprise all was
perfectly clean not one pollup. In five years! All he told me was to
increase my fiber.
