Default Grams Gourmet Quick Thickener?

Have any of you tried this product? If so, what are your opinions? Here
is what their add states:

Gram's Gourmet now has Quick Thick'ner, its a blend of guar and xanthan
gums specially formulated for easy mixing. Just shake a small amount of
Quick Thick'ner into hot or cold liquid while whisking. Wait 5 minutes
for product to be fully activated. Gram's Gourmet Quick Thick'ner
contains only 2 grams of carbs, of which both are fiber! 1 teaspoon
thickens one cup of liquid.

very well.

Thanks for all the helpful comments. I know it would be cheaper to buy
the ingredients myself and mix them, but I am a lazy old fart who can
afford the luxury of buying it already prepared. LOL. When I try it,
I'll let you all know my opinion of the product.

Not yet, although we're getting closer. The reason I decided to package the
thickener in a shaker bottle was to help eliminate clumping. It's similar to
other thickeners out there except the guar and xanthan are prehydrated to
dissolve easier. Netrition carries it.
All the Best,
Julee aka Gram :-)
