Default I was naughty today...

I had a Pillsbury cinnamon bun with a little of the frosting, a few frosted
miniwheats, a spoonful of Raisin Bran, and a scoop of mashed potatos with
dinner.

All those useless carbs are making my stomach gurgle!

Oh the pain Wil Robinson

More important than a gurgling stomach...what does your meter say? I
suspect that you had a significant increase in BG (at least, I certainly
would).

Ooops! Please ignore my last message. I am a diabetic and just finished
reading some diabetes groups...completely forgot that I had switched to the
low-carb group, so you may not have any problems with BG at all.

And the danger of those carb attacks Will Robinson. ;-) Consider it a
lesson learned and get back on track.
