Default Fat acceptance hero loses 70 pounds doing exactly what fatreje...

The experts can argue all they want about what constitutes "overweight"
and if being overweight is all that unhealthy. All I know is that I can
bend over and tie my shoes now. When I used to try this, I became winded
and exhausted. I used to run out of energy just waliking from the house
to the car. Now I have energy to spare. For me, losing weight has been a
real blessing.
