LC working again
I am down 3 lbs since the 10th. that has been by keeping my cals under 1300
or increasing activity if I go over that. so I get to change my sig line down for the first time since Feb 2004!! -- Lori 220/160/144 LC since 1/17/03 back on track 11/10/04 Devoted wife of Curtis, Stage 4 Prostate cancer at age 40 http://community.webshots.com/user/lorismiller
