Is it this simple? Please read and comment.
I have been doing some research about basal metabolic rate (BMR).
Please review my example below and let me know if my logic is right. The BMR for 190lb 5'3" 39yr old female is ~1565 calories The BMR for 140lb 5'3" 39yr old female is ~1381 calories If a 190lb female and begins to eat 1381 calories, will she eventually lose enough weight to reach 140lb? I hope my example is clear. Please let me know Thanks Miriam |
