Adding fibre
Just a quick question, what is the current thinking regarding adding fibre
to a low carb diet? I'm currently trying to keep my carbs under 20gms a day. Is there a suitable food or product I can add that I can work into my diet without adding too many carbs? Apart from this everything is going really well! Regards, Denise .................................................. ...............
