what did you have to eat today?
here is my food intake today.
BREAKFAST 1 cup skim milk 1 fried egg with ketchup oat bran SNACK walnuts LUNCH 3 cups green beans low fat cottage cheese 1/2 cup 2 veggie dogs 3 cups assorted veggies dressing not fat free SNACK apple medium SUPPER/DINNER soy chicken 6oz 3 cups spinich 2 cups assorted veggies 1 cup skim milk SNACK apple small WATER INTAKE FOR DAY 136oz DAILY VITAMIN CALORIE INTAKE FOR DAY 1690 |

Wow that is a lot of food, Alien!
Breakfast: 2 medium eggs, sunny side up 2 pieces of ff cheese 2 pieces of 35 calorie bread 1 oz of left over steak cut up over eggs small can of low sodium v-8 (415 calories) Snack: Small banana (90 calories) Lunch: Boston market... calories taken from website 1/4 dark meat chicken - no skin 1/2 of a serving green beans 1 serving steamed broc/cauli/carrots (255 calories) Snack: Small apple 2 cups healthy choice popcorn (calories taken from box) (138 calories) Dinner: Beef/Bean mix 1 piece of ff cheese 1 cup of steamed sugar snap peas (367 calories) **GYM** total: 1325 calories (if you count the 2 viactiv calcium supplements and 2 fish oil pills). I usually don't eat this many carbs, but had a popcorn craving so shared a bag with a co-worker. Most of the calories taken from www.caloriesperhours.com and www.calorie-count.com I don't drink milk. I will eat ff plain yogurt with fruit for breakfast 2-3x a week. Exercise: 30 mins elliptical at level 4-6, about 90-110 "steps" per minute 100 stomach crunches on balance ball and floor Worked out with trainer upper body for 50 mins (don't remember all of the reps/weights, etc.). Breakfast - None (I do not get up until later)
Lunch - Enchilada with spanish rice, and a diet A&W root beer; 280 calories Dinner: Half a vegatable pizza, a small cup or lite friut punch; 185 calories Water- 4 16 oz bottles Exersize- about 20 minutes of dancing (I love to dance :-) 20 mintues on an airwalker, 25 minutes on a stationary bike, about 10 mintues of weightlifting. -- Christianwriter I will only add, may God bless you. |

Med Banana - 110 calories Coffee with creamer: 30 calories Snack: 1 Stick String Cheese - 80 calories Lunch: Small portion of Spaghetti - 310 calories 1 Slice Honey Wheat bread - 70 calories Snack: 1 Stick String Cheese - 80 calories Dinner: 4 oz. hamburger/bun/onions - 300 2 Beers (145 a beer) - 290 Water: 80 oz (4 - 20oz bottles) Total - 1270 ~~~~~~~~~ Btw, this is my first post and hopefully not my last as you seem to be a great punch of people. -- 240/235/185 (stg)/140 (ltg) |

Oh, I should have put exercise -- 55 minutes on the ellipitcal. The
machine said 810 calories burned. Doubt that was the actual case though. I would think that it could be accurate (it knows my weight, the force being generated, etc.) but I suspect that the machine overstates by quite a bit.
