I've found some interesting snack choices
We have Dollar Tree stores in this area (SF Bay) that sell some interesting
food items. In the ethnic area I've found things like chili dried pineapple chunks, chili and lime dry roasted lima beans and garbanzo beans, chili flavor Japanese peanuts, and honey roasted soy nuts. All make yummy snacks, and I'd never seen them before. I need to get out more. - Dewolla |

So clean, well-lit, well-stocked, and tasty. I was partial to the chicken teriyaki potato chips (mouth still waters to this day thinking about them), and a particular brand of coffee-milk. 1L of heaven. http://www.koiwaimilk.com/product/coffee.html hmm, 480kcal/liter. Not too bad. . . bet it tastes *great* with my protein powder... Man, Japan kicked ass. I gained ~20lbs over 8yrs there, but 30lbs over 2 years here, with substantially the same eating habits. One thing's for sure, if the current president is somehow returned to office I'm on the next flight back... |
