Food (all at home):
8:45: 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices melted f/f cheese 11:30: 190g f/f Greek yogurt w/ 3 tbs sugar-free orange marmalade 2:00: grilled sandwich w/ 2 slices whole wheat bread, 2 slices f/f cheese, 72g ham 6:30: 220g turkey meatloaf, 1 ear of corn, 2 cups lettuce and tomato salad w/ f/f vidalia onion dressing 10:30: energy bar Totals: 1339 calories, 31g fat (21%), 150g carbs (45%), 123g protein (37%) Exercise: none of significance -- a little errand running Chris 262/144/ (145-150) |
