Food & Exercise -- 11/19/2006
A lazy Sunday at home, apart from a run this afternoon. Mostly just
web surfed and read. Food (all at home): * 9:00: 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices melted f/f cheese & 10g grated parmesan * 12:45: 4 oz. ground turkey breast burger on 1 slice whole grain bread w/ 3 slices f/f cheese, dill pickle slices, & catsup * 2:00: 2 dates * 3:30: Tootsie Pop * 5:45: 2 fiber rye crackers * 8:30: 74g elk; 76g polenta {leftovers from yesterday's game dinner} * 11:15 (planned): 250g f/f Greek yogurt w/ 3 tbsp sugar-free preserves Totals: 1144 calories, 20g fat (16%), 121g carbs (42%), 133g protein (46%) {Kind of low, but I ate a lot yesterday and wasn't that hungry today.} Exercise: 2:30 -- 3 mile run Chris 262/130s/130s started dieting July 2002, maintaining since June 2004 |
