Just a follow-up to this. It appears that Aspartame (or Nutrasweet) is
much more harmful than Sucralose (Splenda). However there are more studies on Aspartame. I normally drink about 40 ounces of diet pop a day with 2-3 quarts of water. But after reading about sugar sweetner, I prob will definitely stop buying diet pop using Aspartame. Cygnus The Bringer of Balance (CygnusX-1) wrote in message . com...
