Food:
7:00 (home): 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices melted f/f cheese 8:00 (home): 3 mint meringue cookies 10:30 (out running errands): 1 1/2 oz. mixed nuts 2:00 (home): 2 jumbo soy "hot dogs" w/ 2 slices melted f/f cheese & catsup 7:00 (home): 178g turkey meatloaf; 2 ears corn on the cob 10:00 (home): 200g f/f Greek yogurt, 1 cut-up peach, 30g All Bran, all mixed with some Splenda and some calorie-free peach syrup Totals: 1400 calories, 45g fat (29%), 134g carbs (38%), 135g protein (39%) Averages for the week: 1433 calories, 31% fat, 40% carbs, 32% protein Exercise: Rest day.
