Default Not using all flex points

Ok, this may seem like a strange question, but what do you do when you
can't use all your daily point allotment? I can have 26 points a day,
but usually I have 5-6 points left over at the end of each day. That
is not counting my activity points, which I never add. I started WW
Sept. 29 and have lost 16 pounds, so I figure this is not hurting me.
I also don't feel hungry most of the time. Aren't we supposed to use
all the points each day?

No you aren't. They are simply available to you if you need them.

You should try to at least eat all of your daily points. You can always add
a few points here and there by having healthy oils with your meals or nuts
as a snack. If you aren't counting your activity points and aren't eating
your normal 26 points per day your losses are probably much less than they
would have been if you'd have been eating all your points.

Good luck..

Thanks for the clarification. Yes, I misread it that she was not using
all of her flex points.I wish I could be happy with just 20 points a day
but usually need about 23 to feel satisfied.
