Food & Exercise -- 11/20/2006
Went to the gym this morning, then ran a few errands. Spent the rest
of the day at home, doing odds and ends and starting to get ready for our trip to my in-laws for Thanksgiving. Food: * 8:30 (home): 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices f/f cheese & 10g grated parmesan * 9:45 (driving to gym): Tootsie Pop * 12:45 (running errands): energy bar * 1:30 (driving home): Tootsie Pop * 2:30 (home): 4 oz. ground turkey breast burger w/ 3 slices f/f cheese, dill pickle slices, & catsup * 6:00 (home): 2 fiber rye crackers * 9:00 (home): 5 oz. canned tuna (chunk light) w/ calorie-free blue cheese dressing, 2 slices f/f Swiss cheese, 1 oz. frozen peas (heated in microwave -- sounds weird, but I like it) * 11:00 (home -- planned): 250g f/f Greek yogurt w/ 4 oz. mango Totals: 1445 calories, 26g fat (16%), 140g carbs (39%), 170g protein (47%) Exercise: 10:00 -- Full body lifting (as I won't get to the gym again this week): DB bench press; standing cable fly; squat rising to overhead press (with barbell); stiff-legged deadlift; bent-over row; leg extension; calf extension; machine-assisted pull-ups; DB curls; standing one-armed DB overhead triceps extensions 11:00 -- 75 minute vinyasa yoga class Chris 262/130s/130s started dieting July 2002, maintaining since June 2004 |
