Default Food & Exercise -- 12/24/2004

Started the day with breakfast with my mom in the grill room at her
retirement home. Then we ran errands, with a lunch stop at the
Chick-Fil-A (fast food place). In the afternoon we mainly relaxed in
her apartment, though I went down to the exercise room for a cardio
session. In the evening we went out to a Greek/continental restaurant.

Food:

*8:15 (retirement home breakfast bar): 3/4 cup oatmeal w/ 3 cut-up
dates and a little skim milk; 3/4 cup citrus fruit sections
*11:45 (Chick-Fil-A): grilled chicken sandwich
* 2:00 (Mom's apartment): a couple of handsful of peanut brittle
* 5:00 (Mom's apartment): 3 oz. wine; 3/4 oz. mixed nuts; 1 oz. havarti
cheese
* 7:00 (restaurant): 5 oz. wine; 1/2 piece of bread w/ olive oil; 1/2
serving of bouillibaisse (maybe 5 oz. of fish -- brought the rest back
to the hotel refrigerator to take home with us on Monday), with 3/4
piece of French bread

Totals: 1474 calories (171 from wine), 48g fat (29%), 151g carbs (41%),
74g protein(20%)

3:00 -- Exercise: 30 minutes on treadmill, in pattern: 6 * (3 1/4
minutes at 6.0, 1 3/4 minutes at 2.0) -- plus afterward some overhead
squats and drop snatches with a wooden bar, just for fun
