Question regarding the meat fast.
I've gotten so tired of the water retention I have been
unable to rid myself of that I have decided to do the meat fast for a few days starting this Saturday in the hopes it will rid my body of some excess fluids. http://www.angelfire.com/ca2/LowcarbingDream/meat.html I have one question regarding the fast. I am guessing that fish is not allowed on the fast or could I eat some while doing the fast?
