I broke my toe in the bathroom last night. Kicked the trim on the door -
hurt like a you-know-what.

Ouch! When I did something like this as a kid my mother would always ask if
I hurt the door or whatever else I might have stubbed my toe ong

Hope it heals soon and enjoy the bike during this time.

Beverly

The good news is I can still ride my bike, do pilates and lift weights
(no lunges). I buddy taped it and it really only hurts when I go
downstairs. I can get around the house and function. But when I tried to
walk with my PM friend this noon, we had to turn back. It didn't only
hurt, my whole gait and stride was off. I'd have other problems to deal
with if I kept that up. Does anybody know how long it'll take to heal?

Thank goodness I got that bike! I rode almost 12 miles tonight, songs
blasting, sun going down. My average speed wasn't as good as it has been
but I was just happy to be out.

i hope you will consult your doctor to be sure that you toe is in
good alignment, otherwise you might have a lifetime of problems.
