Recipes?

I have found Atkins/LC recipes on a Yahoo group, but not here in
newsgroups... anyone interested in creating one? Sounds like this group
goes way past low carb info into unrealated stuff.....

A lot of us will post recipes that we experiment with that taste good and
are LC. You just have to be patient and keep watching. I have had the
pleasure of trying quite a few of the posted recipes from some very talented
and inventive people from this NG.

"Most" of the topics here are low carb related. If you want to do a serach
for recipes that have been posted here, go to google groups, find this one
and search for anything starting out with "REC" in the subject line. You'll
find hundreds.
