brown bag ?
get a small hard case cooler and pack it with ice...anything you can
eat cold works and if you need something in a resturant eat only half and drink only water to avoid the hidden calories AmyW wrote: I would love any input on brown bagging it.I'm in a car all day, so I don't have access to a microwave. I have been averaging eating in a restaurant for lunch at least 3 times a week. I KNOW there are hidden calories that keeps packing the weight on. |
