Default Week 12 WI - 20# gone

Lost 2# this week while switching back to flex points. Staying on
flex points until another stall, if it happens, and then back to
Wendie for a couple of weeks.

Note to reply last week. The Wendie plan I follow does not use the
flex points.

I haven't been exercising at all. I'm in the middle stages of
Emphysema and have been getting out of breath just walking from room
to room. Starting today I'm back at the exercise thing no matter what
it is.

Thanks to Eddie and Lee for the attaboys last week.

Great Loss Richard!!!..........20 lbs and counting!.....Go Richard Go!, Go

excellent plan, make sure you have your inhaler and take it easy, it may be
