Default Stress

ok don't get mad but when I am stressed I don't eat... we got Stormmee a new
bud yesterday, I simply couldn't eat, to start the day I had a bag of
popcorn because I figured that if I got sick it would be easier to hurl than
anything else I could think of, after spending all day meeting new cats,
then shopping for kitty equipment and getting the new cat "Chester" for now,
DH stopped at bakers square and got two reasonably nutritious, decent
tasting meals, mine was salmon, bean soup and rice pilaf, but there is this
matter of the 12 point piece of apple pie that did me in, so evidently if I
don't eat because of stress I need to make sure to have something low point
to eat when the stress leaves, Lee

It's that everything is taken care of so you can relax and have a
reward. The next time it will be something like the WW key lime pie.

Fill the fridge with small tasty low point delicacies for those days (I
like veggie sticks and WW salsa), and a vat of zero point soup.

Oh, and snuggle with that new kitty for me! I just love moggies. Been
curled up on the sofa all evening with our two...
