No gains - no losses. Fair enough.... I had been consciencious about what I
was eating, but not so careful with portions. Also, the week that I had a
decent (good!) loss was the week that I put more effort into planning my
meals and actually cooking (opposed to throwing together and hoping for the
best). I ate more fresh real food and less processed. This week was a
'rushed' week and I ate more processed (even ww stuff) and less freshly
prepared. Lesson learned. Now onto the next week :-)

For me portions was the issue...I had been eating healthy for years but
eating huge amounts...Use your scale and cups for measuring...It made all
the difference for me...Good luck...GG

this processed thing does affect some of us more than others, I do much
better if I avoid processed especially if it has salt or sugars in it, Lee
