Default Speaking of fibre...

I've restarted taking some fibre pills, off the top of my head I think
they're called Fibre Plus.
It doesn't state how many grams of fibre you get from each pill...so...I was
wondering, do you think if I weigh them that that would be an accurate way
to see how many grams of fibre is in one pill?
What do you think?

I don't know about your pills but my NP recently told me we need about 30
grams of fiber a day for normal gut activity.

Unless you know that the pill contains absolutely nothing else except fiber
(unlikely) then it wouldn't tell you much except how much the pill weighs.

I dunno... I think they use some voodoo to make those things. I'm
really skeptical that you'd get the same benefits as eating food
source fiber...

That's why I don't take them. 1/2 cup of Fiber One and veggies provide my
fiber.
