Greetings and salutations one and all...
I haven't followed all of the latest threads of this
ng, I can say that the quality of rant hasn't decreased
over the years.
I've had a sort of revelation over the past few years.
You know, we won't live forever, but we can live a better
lifestyle while living.
What am I talking about? Feeling good after an 8 hour sleep
and really feeling rested, vibrant, ready to take on the day.
Sure it involves a few changes to the diet, but it's worth
the change. The benefits outweight the negatives.
During these past 2 years i've consulted with doctors and
natropaths, as a writer and finally finished this book while
compiling all of the information part-time.
Some of the information is new, but most of it is old tryed-and-
true-solid common sense country farmer knowledge. We all know
what's good for us, but rarely follow our own good advice.
Well, this book put's all of the information in a one spot
reference guide.
Give it a look. If you don't think that it's worth it, thanks
for your time while reading this internet note.

The typos in your posting give me little confidence there is anything worth
reading in your book because if you got simple spelling wrong, how can you
possibly deal properly with complicated information?
