Default Diet Smarter, Not Harder!!!

You are overweight for the most simple of reasons—because you are eating the wrong foods, the wrong types of calories per meal, and you’re also eating meals in the wrong patterns each day.

You have gotten overweight by eating the wrong foods, that much is a fact. And guess what? You can get SLIM by eating the RIGHT FOODS at the RIGHT INTERVALS each day.

To Burn Fat You Need To:
1) Eat the right number of meals per day (more than three)
2) Shift the type of calories eaten every few days
3) Eat foods which are Fat Burning Compatible

We have created an online diet generator which automatically computes everything for you in just seconds, and it gives you the right daily menu each day so that you don’t have to calculate anything while shifting your calories.

This new diet is called the “Idiot Proof Diet” !!

What does the “Idiot Proof Diet” do???
The “Idiot Proof Diet” constantly alternates your menu between every possible type of calorie, constantly shifting from one type of calorie to the next, ensuring that the scale keeps dropping.

We call it the “Idiot Proof Diet” because everything is computed for you, and there is no need for calorie counting or label reading.

To download the new diet menu go to:

I do believe that what you eat is more important than how much you eat.
A lot of American eat too much of what I call "Physitoxins", which harm
the body and prevent it from keeping homeostatis. This causes many
hormonal changes which affect your body weight. There are eight
Physitoxins I avoid : Refined sugar, white flour, hydrogenated oils,
monosodium glutamate, sodium nitrite, artificial sweeteners (especially
Aspartame and Sucralose), dairy products (only designed for cows), and
Red Meat (causes colon cancer).

They both go hand in hand. However, if I had to choose, caloric deficit
is more important for weight loss.

Never heard of it. Are you referring to "Phytotoxins?"

which harm the body and prevent it from keeping homeostatis.

Never heard of it. Are you referring to "homeostasis?" Are you familiar
with the term "caloric deficit?"

How's the banana eating contest coming along?

I don't believe calories have any say in weight. I'm eating over 50,000
calories worth of bananas a day and weigh 115 pounds. I used to eat
2,000 calories of a Standard American Diet and weighed 195.
