Nutritional Question
Hi all,
Over the weekend I've eatten some foods that I'm still not able to find some nutritional info so I can calculate the points. I had some store bought strawberry mousse cake & a small piece of gorgonzola cheese & bocconcini cheese. I tried a few data bases and still no results. What other sites can I try? Take care, SPOONS |

Nutritional Question
Fred wrote: I believe most regular (that is not low or fat free types) cheese are about 3 points for 1 ounce. That might also be for a 1 inch cube, too. Here in the UK it works out at 1 point for 10 grams. -- Kate XXXXXX Lady Catherine, Wardrobe Mistress of the Chocolate Buttons http://www.diceyhome.free-online.co.uk Click on Kate's Pages and explore! |
