Default EAT: Separating Eating and Drinking

Ever since I read an experiment detailing how Horses separate their
food from their water (apparently this horse only drank the bucket of
water an hour after it finised it's meal) I have tried to do the same.

I try not to drink when I am eating and vice versa. I dont know if all
animals separate their meal from their drink but I've found that when
I DONT accompany a glass with my meal I tend to chew more and eat
slowly.

I will try to wait at least 30 minutes after I have chewed my last bit
of food before I have a drink.

I realise that it may not make a siginificant difference in terms of
digestion but I generally feel its easier to control my calorie
consumption when I follow this meathod. This doesn't mean I separate
my soup/stews, although theoretically I should do.

I have written more stuff on food under the title "EAT:" If you would
like a look please click on "shinino".

This is not a clinical study. Please stop posting until
you have a better education.
