Hi there!

I've been following this newsgroup for a while, and finally decided to
delurk and join in the fun :-)

I've been on the WW-program for almost a year now (started in week 40 last
year) and have so far lost 15 kg (and gained a bit of it back ). My
weightlosing journey has been a bumpy ride indeed, and now, so close to
goal, I just seem to keep bouncing back up the scales - quite depressing,
and the reason why I need to do something else - like joining Amberles
challenges and writing to this newsgroup.

Following the thread about core has been interesting, we have just been
introduced to the Flexpoints (although it sounds like a different system,
than the one used in North America), so I'm enjoying unlimited wholewheat
pasta for 3 points pr. meal at the moment :-))

Cheers

Welcome! Weight loss is generally bumpy. The important thing is that
you're going in the right direction and are willing to try something
different to keep it going. That'll get you where you want to be.
