Negative Calorie Diet?
Hi guys. After seeing the negative calorie diet and not exactly
believing it, I did an experiment. I weighed myself one morning, and all day long I feasted on bananas. I ended up eating 84 of them. By evening I had lost 0.6 pounds. Is there any truth in this?

To be healthy you have to exercise and eat right.
