Default Food & Exercise -- 9/6/2004 (yesterday)

Food:

8:00 (home): 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices
melted f/f cheese

11:15 (home): protein shake made w/ 2 peaches, 1/2 cup skim milk, 1
cup f/f Greek yogurt, 1 scoop protein powder

2:00 (home): 136g turkey meatloaf w/ 3 slices melted f/f cheese &
catsup

5:00 (out running errands): 1 1/2 oz. mixed nuts

7:30 (watching a movie on TiVo w/ DH): 43 oz. air-popped popcorn; 5
mint meringue cookies

Totals: 1329 calories, 44g fat (30%), 132g carbs (40%), 112g protein

Exercise: None to speak of -- skipped the gym as Tom was away and I
just didn't feel that much like going on my own. I'll go early
tonight and do some bench press with him before my regular workout
with Ahmed.
