Default Food & Exercise -- 9/4/2004

Food:

7:00 (home): 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices
melted f/f cheese

8:00 (home): 3 mint meringue cookies

10:30 (out running errands): 1 1/2 oz. mixed nuts

2:00 (home): 2 jumbo soy "hot dogs" w/ 2 slices melted f/f cheese &
catsup

7:00 (home): 178g turkey meatloaf; 2 ears corn on the cob

10:00 (home): 200g f/f Greek yogurt, 1 cut-up peach, 30g All Bran, all
mixed with some Splenda and some calorie-free peach syrup

Totals: 1400 calories, 45g fat (29%), 134g carbs (38%), 135g protein
(39%)

Averages for the week: 1433 calories, 31% fat, 40% carbs, 32% protein

Exercise: Rest day. Just some shopping and light housework.

[AF - day 4]

Food:

Breakfast: ham & cottage cheese
(7 thin slices ham; 100 grams cottage cheese)

Lunch: steamed new potatoes & cottage cheese; 0,5 slice black bread; 1 bite
corn bread
(7 new small potatoes, 1 Tbs olive oil, 1 Ts Tamari soy sauce, 5 cloves
garlic - all steamed together; 150 grams cottage cheese)

Snack: melon w/Splenda
(2 thin slices, a few drops Splenda)

Dinner: steamed beef w/fried eggs and onion
(1 beef steak, steamed with 1 Tbs olive oil, 1 Ts Tamari soy sauce, 2 cloves
garlic; 2 fried eggs, 1 onion);
1 slice black bread w/1 Tbs olive oil
for dessert: "diet cocoa pudding"
(180 grams light cream, 1 Ts unsweetened cocoa powder, 2 dash cinnamon, a
few drops Splenda)


Water = 13 cups
vitamin C drink

According to Fitday = 57 grams of carbs
