Calories mean squat. "The dietary establishment has long argued it's impossible, but a new study offers intriguing evidence for the idea that people on low-carbohydrate diets can actually eat more than folks on standard lowfat plans and still lose weight." Now, if this is correct then it completely throws the calorie theory out the window, doesn't it? Low carb means less insulin. Insulin is what makes you fat. There are a lot of people who don't want to know this simple fact. |
