Hello ASD friends,

I have never liked taking photos probably due to my being overweight and I
hate my smile...lol. I'm sure some of you can relate to this feeling.
Anyway, when I started my latest weight loss challenge I didn't think to
take photos when I started at 300 pounds. I joined ASD when I was around
260 pounds and dropping. I posted some photos that are about three or more
years ago when I started flying and a couple of photos while fishing. I'm
not sure on the exact weights but am fairly sure I was between 275 to 300
pounds.

I took some photos at 247 and 250 and have posted them as well. Your all
welcome to view them. I'll try to take some photos at 10 pound increment
from now on and work on a smile too. I think you can really tell in my face
the amount of weight that is coming off.

You can follow this link http://community.webshots.com/user/paul76180 or
if you are subscribed to webshots you can just do a search for paul76180 and
my photos should pop up.

I noticed lorismiller has updated a photo and she's looking awesome!
Great Job!

Take care all,

Paul

You can tell quite a difference in the photos. Congratulations. I've
always hated having my picture taken - I just don't take good pics.

I'm glad you decided to post your pics. I love being able to put a face
behind the names in the group.
You're doing great and the pics show quite a difference.

Hi Chris,

The trike is classified as an ultralight, which is basically a powered
hang glider. In Texas we don't have mountains at least not in the Dallas/
Ft. Worth area so you use a motor and prop to get aloft. I had it for about
a year until I had my accident. I had a low altitude stall and crashed it
into the ground. They are a blast of fun though. I've flown as high as
6000' feet and soared around for while. It's really nice to be above the
world looking down and to soar like a bird.

Take care,

Paul
