Default Eating Atkins - Australia

Hi there,

I personally did really well using the Atkins approach, and have no
hesitation in recommending it to anyone who has enough commonsense to eat a
well balanced diet. It's possible. I did it, and so can you.

'Live Victoria: A Survival Kit' includes information on:

1) The Atkins Nutritional Approach for Australians

2) An Eating Atkins Support Group

3) An Eating Atkins Message Board

Warm regards, Graeme.
