Today I had a salad lunch with greens, tomatoes, and asparagus, so that's something -- likely all for the day, though -- maybe I can try to work in something else. And I did buy salad ingredients for tomorrow's lunch. Chris 262/130s/130s started dieting July 2002, maintaining since June 2004 |

Dinner - salad with carrots, beets, onions, tomatoes, green peppers Skin off baked potato (I don't like the potato, just the skin) I usually have some vegetables each day but the challenge did make me more aware of the amount. |

Dinner: spinach salad, including red onion, mandarine orange slices (fresh), walnuts and balsamic vinagrette (homemade) Martha |

Yesterday I had lots of veggie in some Tai food. I avoided the rice and had
