Default Roo's Mediterranean Chicken Recipe

Hi, I'm new to the group...thought for my first post I would
contribute a recipe

This is REALLY good, and easy too! I was trying to get creative for
dinner, with what I had on hand in the refrigerator.

2 Chicken Breast Halves Without Skin
2 Tablespoons Sour Cream
2 Teaspoons Sun-dried Tomatoes, Oil-packed -- chopped
2 Teaspoons Sliced Black Olives
1 Ounce Mozzarella Cheese
1 Tablespoon Feta Cheese
Italian Seasoning -- to taste

Put chicken breast halves in non-stick pan; spread tops of chicken
breast
with 1 tablespoon sour cream each.

Top each chicken breast with 1 teaspoon sundried tomatoes, 1 teaspoon
sliced olives, 1/2 tablespoon feta cheese, 1/2 ounce of mozzarella
