Default Food & Exercise -- 4/23/2007

Well, I'm back on the wagon after 4 splurge dinners in a row :-).
Today I worked all day doing an audit at the office where I used to
work (and will continue throughout the week). Afterward I went to the
gym for a quick workout, then home.

Food:

* 6:45 (home): instant oatmeal w/ peanut butter & flax seed
* 10:30 (work, brought with me): 2 hard-boiled eggs
* 12:30 (work, from office cafeteria -- they give us free meal tickets
so I do this instead of bringing lunch): salad of greens, other
veggies, canned tuna, balsamic vinaigrette
* 4:30 (work, picked up in cafeteria at lunchtime): banana
* 8:00 (home): ground turkey breast burger on whole wheat hamburger
bun w/ f/f cheese, dill pickle, & catsup

Exercise:

* 6:00: Lifting: DB bench, DB incline bench, DB fly; Cardio: 10
minutes each treadmill run & rowing machine {A quickie -- plan to do
something similar each day this week after work. I guess I'm spoiled
now that I'm retired -- just not eager to spend too long in the gym in
the evening :-).}

Here is mine:

Time: 7:35am
1 cup Tea, milk, no sugar

Time: 12:34
Lunch
2 plates rice + sautee bokchoi with crush chicken

Time: 6:30pm
Dinner
2 pita bread + sautee spinch
1 cup tea, milk, no sugar

Time: 7:30
1 cup tea, milk, no sugar
1 pita bread + sautee shangai bok choi with tomato sauce, and crush
chicken.

Note: I normally cooked three dinners for next three days. Shanghai
bok choi smell soo good that I had have a bite ;-)

Walk: 2 hours

207/207 (although I saw the pointer between 205-206).
